DecisionsCalc provides free, browser-based financial estimation tools to help users understand the potential costs and financial impact of major life events. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecisionsCalc and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property disputes.
If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Site is operated from the United States and is not intended to be subject to foreign regulation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
